FAITH & VALUES

All activities will be conducted in a manner consistent with Christian beliefs and values.
Participants are encouraged to respect others and demonstrate Christ-like behavior in all interactions.
Scripture and prayer will beincorporated into lessons, group activities, and gatherings.

RESPECT & CONDUCT

Treat all people with kindness, respect, and courtesy.
Bullying, teasing, or inappropriate language or behavior is not permitted.
Honor differences of opinion and engage in discussions thoughtfully and respectfully.

ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION

Regular attendance and active participation in scheduled enrichment activities are expected.
If a student cannot attend, parents should notify Mrs. Smith in advance.
Students should arrive on time and come prepared with necessary materials.

LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

Maintain a quiet and focused atmosphere during lessons and activities.
Respect shared spaces, equipment, and resources.
Listen attentively when others are speaking, including instructors and peers.

DRESS CODE

Dress should be modest and appropriate for a Christian learning environment.
Clothing displaying offensive messages, images, or symbols is not allowed.

SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

Follow all safety guidelines.
Report any accidents, hazards, or unsafe behavior immediately.
Students are responsible for their personal belongings; the program is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

TECHNOLOGY & MEDIA

Use technology and media only as instructed for educational purposes.
Devices may be restricted during lessons unless required for a program activity.

DISCIPLINE

Disciplinary measures will be administered respectfully and consistently if rules are violated.
Serious or repeated violations may result in temporary suspension or dismissal from the program.
Parents/guardians will be informed promptly of any disciplinary issues.

PARENT/GUARDIAN INVOLVEMENT

Parents/guardians are encouraged to participate in program activities and support the learning environment.
Communication with program staff regarding student progress or concerns is welcome and encouraged.

COMMITMENT TO GROWTH

Students and families are encouraged to pursue spiritual, academic, and personal growth.
Demonstrating integrity, honesty, and a willingness to learn is expected of all participants.
